Our Lord! You give them double the punishment and curse them with a great curse.
The weakling followers mentioned in verse 41: 29 are wailing from Hell as told in the verses. The leaders mentioned in the verse are the hypocritical spiritual leaders, and chiefs are the leaders of different political and religious organizations. Notably, chiefs and leaders mentioned in the verse are only from the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar as explained in verses 3: 7-10. The scenario of arguing, disputing, and cursing these hypocrites and their followers in Hell is explained in verses 2: 165-167. Today to obey Allah and His Messenger is to follow the dos and don’ts of Adhikr-the Safeguard. Otherwise, as explained in verses 25: 27-29 by biting their own hands such transgressors will wail in the Hereafter as “I wish I had taken the way of life with the Messenger. Oh, Woe to me! I wish I hadn’t taken so and so as my intimate friend. Surely he led me astray from Adhikr after it had come to me, and Satan was a traitor to mankind.” See explanation 7: 37-40; 13: 14; 14: 21-22.
